Hello! Welcome to my carrd and thank you for being interested in commissioning me! I've been drawing for several years by this point and mostly only draw in my free-time, commission or not, as I have a life outside of the internet. If you have any questions you can message me—Discord is the best option for quick replies, if you message me please tell me why as I get plenty of scammers in my dms.My socials are in-order on where I post and my activity.

GalacticFenntrix's TOS

1. My art is not to be used for the training of AI, Hate Speech, Bigatory or NFTs.2. Do not draw my personal characters in NSFW situations without my given consent.3. You may do whatever you want with any character you buy from me unless it is; Hate speech, anti-LGBTQ+, racism, Zoo/Pedo related art.4. Payment is required once I begin the final sketch. You are welcome to pay before I begin to push yourself to the front of the line.5. You are not to use my art for financial gain. My art is for personal use ONLY unless discussed before hand, if you are commission me for commercial use (Stickers, merch, etc.) you MUST let me know and we will need to discuss terms.6. When selling my designs, you MUST sell them for the price you paid and not higher unless the character value has gone up. (If you got more art of them)7. Commissioning me means I have the right to post commission on any of my socials without asking; time-sensitive and gifted art can be delayed until the date.8. My commissions are PWYW (Pay What You Want) with set minimum prices, please pay the amount you think my art and time is worth or what you can afford.

GalacticFenntrix's Refund Policy

- Payments are done through: PayPal, Ko-fi or E-transfer for my Canadian commissionees- I, the artist may cancel a commission at anytime with a full refund.- If you, the commissionee, cancel the art before it has been started, you will get a full refund- If the commission is canceled during the process refund will depend on the stage. If the sketch has started I will offer an 85% refund, if lines have started I will offer a 50% refund, if colouring/shading has started I will offer 20% refund.- No refunds will be given for nearly completed/completed work.- If the commission is cancelled during or after the sketch, it may be reused as a YCH

(Practicing, may not be the best quality)8. NSFW (ID required, your username, age, that day's date[can blur the rest], and at least 1 social with users' age is required) NSFW charges more by 50%
