Below is my TOS, DNI, Refund policy and things I will & will not draw

DNI

1. T.R.A.S.H, Pedophiles or Zoophiles2. Anyone who supports AI "art"3. Overly Religious/Anti-Religious people.4. Minors under the age of 13 (Reason: I personally do not like minors messaging me, the reason I don't like people under 13 specifically is because I am a person who thinks minors should not have access to the internet before the age of 13.)

TOS

1. My art is not to be used for the training of AI, Hate Speech, Bigatory or NFTs.2. Do not draw my personal characters in NSFW situations without my given consent.3. You may do whatever you want with any character you buy from me unless it is; Hate speech, anti-LGBTQ+, racism, Zoo/Pedo related art.4. Payment is required once I begin the final sketch. You are welcome to pay before I begin to push yourself to the front of the line.5. You are not to use my art for financial gain. My art is for personal use ONLY.6. When selling my designs, you MUST sell them for the price you paid and not higher unless the character value has gone up. (If you got more art of them)7. Commissioning me means I have the right to post commission on any of my socials without asking; time-sensitive and gifted art can be delayed until the date.

Refund Policy

- Payments are done through: PayPal, Ko-fi or E-transfer for my Canadian commissionees
- I, the artist may cancel a commission at anytime with a full refund.
- If you, the commissionee, cancel the art before it has been started, you will get a full refund
- If the commission is canceled during the process refund will depend on the stage. For example, if it's only the sketch, you will get a 75%
- If the commission is cancelled during or after the sketch, it may be reused as a YCH
- No refunds will be given for nearly completed/completed work.

4. Couples art
5. Gore/Heavy Gore/Horror
6. Scene, Basic, Plain, PNG Backgrounds
7. Hooved animals (horses, zebras, etc) (Practicing)8. NSFW (ID required, your username, age, that day's date[can blur the rest], and at least 1 social with users' age is required) NSFW charges more by 50%

What I Struggle to draw:1. Avians (Practicing)
2. reptiles (Practicing)
3. Bats (Practicing)
4. People (Practicing)

What won't draw:1. mechanical characters
2. Minor x Adult
3. Feral NSFW / Suggestive Art
4. Hateful art in any form
